10/7/2026: Prospective CAP Applicant Zoom Info Session #1, 12 – 1pm RSVP!

10/15/2026: Prospective CAP Applicant Zoom Info Session #2, 5:30 – 6:30pm RVSP!

12/4/2026: Application deadline

12/7/2026 – 12/31/2026: Jurors review all applications

1/5/2027: Notifications are sent to all applicants. Finalists are contacted to schedule interviews for January 13th & 14th (interview attendance is required to be considered for the program)

1/13/2027: Finalists interviews on Zoom, day #1

1/14/2027: Finalists interviews on Zoom, day #2

1/15/2027: Finalists contacted with results in preparation for public announcement

1/29/2027: CAP 2027 participants are publicly announced

3/1/2027: Apprenticeships begin

9/30/2027: Apprenticeships end

10/8/2027: CAP Alumni Gathering @ Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts

10/8/2027: Exhibition Opening Reception: Mentors + Apprentices: Work from the 2027 Craft Apprentice Program /// Capstone exhibition at Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts (5-7pm)
